Synthesis and antioxidant activity of 3-(2-R-ylidenehydrazinyl)-6-tert-butyl-4H-[1,2,4]triazin-5-ones

Synthesis and structure elucidation of several series new hydrazones containing 1,2,4-triazine-5-one core their antioxidant activity are presented. The target compounds have been synthesized via interaction either 4-amino-6-( tert -butyl)-3-hydrazinyl-1,2,4-triazin-5(4 H )-one or 6-( -butyl)-3-hydrazinyl-1,2,4-triazin-5(2 with a wide range carbonyl group in moderate to high yields.
